Today I want to write about gluten consumption and inflammation.

What is inflammation? Physical condition in which part of the body becomes reddened, swollen, hot, and often painful.  Gluten can be the reason our immune system to  attack the muscle and joints leading to chronic pain and inflammation. If we don’t follow our gluten free diet inflammation is the outcome .With this in mind our body will produce Cortisol as an anti-inflammatory  hormone as a defense mechanism and this will cause our bellies to get fat.We all want to feel good ,move freely,be fit and inflammation will give us joint pain ,muscle aches and a nice big belly 🙂

I remember those days I had pains,aches and weight gain.I just wanted to be healthy move freely with no part of my body stopping me from being myself.I started to take Zyflamend from New Chapter and let me tell you ,this really helps to get rid of inflammation.

I just want to remind everybody to keep your diet clean and strictly GF,unfortunately there is no magic pill that can stop your symptoms.
