What is candida?Candida albicans is a specific strain of yeast that lives in the intestinal tract, if it gets out of balance and overgrows it can really cause big problems.Especially when we have a diet includes mostly sugar, white flour, yeast and cheese.

Some symptoms could be; Sugar and refined carbohydrate cravings, mood swings, anxiety,suffering from chronic fatigue ,bloating, constipation, or diarrhea,poor memory, lack of focus, and brain fog,mood swings, anxiety,vaginal infections, urinary tract infections, rectal itching, seasonal allergies or itchy ears,skin and nail fungal infections are a few to name.

We can simply eliminate sugar and alcohol intake and limit carbohydrates from our diet, once we are good with our diet next step is to clean our system,I personally recommend Yeast Cleanse from Solaray.

  1. “We can simply” clean up our diet of sugars, yeast, cheese, refined carbs…It may be simple, well, it was for me, after I became unwell to the point of daily discomfort, but after seven months I slid back out from a pure candida diet. Though I did change my eating habits and patterns to a much healthier overall diet for keeping candida down. It was in my gut, which became damaged. Very common. It is simple in theory to change one’s diet, but our world is mostly full of refined carbs., cheese, sugar! It is hard out there to resist amd be apart from everyone else at the dinner party, cocktail party, birthday party. I had to take my food with me everywhere. Nice post. Bringing awareness. Thanks!
