Garlic is my favourite addition when I am cooking. Garlic adds great flavor to the food and it is very good for your health.

Health Benefits of Garlic

-Garlis is full of vitamins and minerals ( manganese, vitamin c, iron, potassium, vitamin B6, copper and selenium)

-It is great to eliminate bad bacteria, yeast, and parasites.

-Regulates blood sugar levels.

-Lowers cholesterol.

-Reduces length of cold or flu.

-Boosts the immune system.

-It is anti-inflammatory.

Garlic has many more benefits I just stated a few for your knowledge. So the question is how to eat it. The best way to eat it is Raw! I know it is not easy to consume garlic raw but thats when you get real benefits from it. If you say you cant eat it raw than i suggest not to heat it for a long time when cooking. There is also garlic supplements which is also helpful if you cant eat garlic raw or cooked. Please consume organic garlic this is very important. I have a special recipe for the picky eaters 🙂

-1 cup plain yogurt

-1 persian cucumber

-6 cloves of garlic

This recipe is very simple in a small bowl mix yogurt, (peeled and sliced) cucumbers and  garlic. This is so delecious and an easy way to consume garlic. If you are on dairy free diet you can use any dairy free yogurt. Enjoy!
