Soon

Hello Everyone!

I know! I have not been around for a while but I have a surprise! I have been working on my book which will include recipes and some extras. I can’t tell you all about it just yet but soon it will come to life and I know it will be helpful to everybody who likes to eat healthy food cooked at home with love and sharing it with your family. I spend most of my time in my kitchen either I am cooking or just relaxing having a cup of tea 🙂

I will definitely let all of you know once it is all done and ready! Be happy and healthy.

Workout

Hello everyone! I want to share my favorite workout sneakers with you today.I really needed to find some comfortable sneakers. We all know how important it is to have the right work out clothing and footwear when we go to the gym.

The Women’s Reebok Cross Fit Nano 5.0 Training Shoe gives you just enough support it is breathable and light. The great sole design gives your  foot  added support as you lift.We don’t like sneakers that is heavy and hard to move around nor without any breathable components to it. OH the smell 🙂 And yes my favorite color is Pink!

Candida

What is candida?Candida albicans is a specific strain of yeast that lives in the intestinal tract, if it gets out of balance and overgrows it can really cause big problems.Especially when we have a diet includes mostly sugar, white flour, yeast and cheese.

Some symptoms could be; Sugar and refined carbohydrate cravings, mood swings, anxiety, suffering from chronic fatigue ,bloating, constipation, or diarrhea, poor memory, lack of focus, and brain fog, mood swings, anxiety, vaginal infections, urinary tract infections, rectal itching, seasonal allergies or itchy ears, skin and nail fungal infections are a few to name.

We can simply eliminate sugar and alcohol intake and limit carbohydrates from our diet, once we are good with our diet next step is to clean our system,I personally recommend Yeast Cleanse from Solaray.

As long as we keep up with the diet and do the cleanse, next step is to keep intestinal tract healthy with taking probiotics (good bacteria) daily. I wrote about probiotics in the past you can just scroll down to get more information.
