Hello everyone! I want to share my favorite workout sneakers with you today.I really needed to find some comfortable sneakers. We all know how important it is to have the right work out clothing and footwear when we go to the gym.

The Women’s Reebok Cross Fit Nano 5.0 Training Shoe gives you just enough support it is breathable and light. The great sole design gives yourย  footย  added support as you lift.We don’t like sneakers that is heavy and hard to move around nor without any breathable components to it. OH the smell ๐Ÿ™‚ And yes my favorite color is Pink!

Shower time!

Now it is summer time and the heat is on ๐Ÿ™‚ I have rather sensitive skin andย  always looking for quality body wash which does not leave me itching after the shower or gives me little skin pumps.Tea tree oil is a great ingredient in a body wash because of anti-microbial,anti-fungal & anti-bacterial aspects of it.

Dr. Bronner`s Magic Soaps All in One Hemp Tea Tree Soap is a really great product I used many different soaps but this one is great. You really feel clean and fresh.It is also great if you have acne prone skin.I would recommend a drop ofย  a dimesize amountย  on your favorite shower pouf or washcloth.The combination of the other oils like jojoba and olive oil in the product is great even if you have dry skin.I also love the smell of lavender and especially before bed you can choose to use same brand soap just in lavender.

Lack of nutrition

The beginning of my journey started at work lunch hour.Like everybody, who has a 9-5 job that involves sitting in front of a computer takes a toll on them but in my case it was even worse.I went out to have lunch and browsing what looks good to eat I decided to go with a slice of pizza.After 30 minutes of digesting here comes cramps,headache ,bowel problems ,dizziness and inability to work.

So I ended up taking of and going home this scenario happened to me after almost every lunch time and followed with dinner time as this progressed..As confused as i was and bothered with all these problems I just didn’t know nor understand it was the food causing me all this. So I made an appt. with my doctor here comes the diagnosis eat food easier to digest and move more often, other than that everything looks good and i am healthy.

I was confused ,annoyed also started to have skin problems and felt depressed.I started to have an idea it was food and started searching about all my symptoms but during this process i was scared to eat food, really scared so i kind of stopped eating many things. I was just listening to my body see how it reacted to what i consumed.When you scared to eat and stop eating many things that ends up with lack of nutrition.
