Today I wanted to share some information about the non- food items that contain gluten.We all use these products and we need to make our selections carefully when I started to search more about gluten I was really surprised about the items that have gluten in them.
Non-food items that contain gluten:Some vitamins,supplements and medications,Lipbalms,Makeup,Lotions,Shampoo,Sunscreens,Toothpaste,Mouthwash,Soap.

I was thinking of what to cook for dinner 🙂 and here it goes; delicious and nutritious definitely wild caught salmon. Baked in the oven, topped with slices of lemon and tomato, seasoned with lemon and black pepper mix, served with brown rice and asparagus.Dinner is served.
